Required Thermometer

ATTENTION

Merchandiser must operate for 24 hours before loading product!

Regularly check merchandiser temperatures. Do not break
the cold chain. Keep products in freezer before loading into
merchandiser.

Medium temperature merchandisers are designed for loading
ONLY pre-chilled products. Low temperature merchandisers
are designed for loading ONLY frozen products.

STOCKING

Products should not be placed in cases until
all refrigeration controls have been adjusted
and merchandisers are at proper operating
temperature.

Proper rotation of product during stocking
is necessary to prevent product loss. Always
bring the oldest product to the front and set
the newest to the back.

Air discharge and return flues must remain
open and free of obstruction at all times
to provide proper refrigeration and air
curtain performance. Do not allow product,
packages, signs, etc. to block these grilles.
Do not prop doors open while stocking.
And keep the doors closed as much as
possible to prevent coil frosting and high
merchandiser temperature.
