CARE AND CLEANING

Long life and satisfactory performance of any
equipment is dependent upon the care it receives.
To ensure long life, proper sanitation and mini-
mum maintenance costs, these cases should be
thoroughly cleaned, all debris removed and the
interiors washed down, weekly.

The store floor will be the interior display area of
the rear roll-in dairy cases. Since milk and other
spillage will occur, the floor should be cleaned
and sanitized at least once each week.

When cleaning, use caution to prevent water or
other liquids from entering the fan vents on the
interior side of the front assembly.

Exterior Surfaces

The exterior surfaces must be cleaned with a mild
detergent and warm water to protect and maintain
their attractive finish.

will mar the finish.
