Turn engine off. Set Speed Control lever (1B)
to SToP position. Remove diamond blade
(2e) before transport. Set Parking Brake (1C)
on (UP).
When moving the saw up and down ramps, with the
engine on,
use extreme caution
.
• To go
DoWn
a ramp, drive the saw
Reverse
slowly.
• To go
UP
a ramp, drive the saw
Forward
slowly.
lifting The Saw.
The saw can only be lifted by the factory
installed Lifting Bail. Raise saw blade shaft 10” above
pavement surface for best balance.
To Transport By Vehicle:
• Set Engine Start Switch (1R) in the
“0” (oFF)
position.
• Set Speed Control Lever (1B) in the
SToP
position.
• Set Parking Brake (1C) to up position.
Block the saw in place and secure it into place
with chains or straps to prevent movement
during transport. Tie Downs are provided at
back corners.

TRAnSPoRT (BlADe RemoVeD)
(See Fig. 1 and 2)
• Sit in the Operator’s Seat (1A).
• Lift Emergency Stop Palm Button (1J).
• Lift raising frame, engine and sawblade by pushing
up the Toggle Switch (1L) on the operator’s
Speed Control Lever (1B) until the blade clears the
pavement surface.
• Ensure Speed Control Lever (1B) is in the “Neutral”
position; is free to move fore and aft and returns
to the center position of fore and aft movement. This
is “Neutral.”
• Push Park Brake Toggle Switch (1C) down.
• Push Blade Clutch Toggle Switch (1D) (if equipped)
down.
• Set Water Safety Switch (1P) to “OFF.”
• Turn Engine Start Switch (1R) to the
“2” (START)
position until engine starts, then release the Switch.
It will return to the
“1” (RUn)
position. If engine does
not start, repeat these steps. It may be necessary to
pull Throttle (1W) out some.
• Adjust Throttle (1W) to desired RPM, the faster the
RPM, the faster the machine will travel.
• Release Park Brake Toggle lift up (1C).
• Push the Speed Control Lever (1B) slowly forward
to move saw Forward and backward to move saw in
Reverse. The further you push the lever, the faster
the machine. Steer the saw with Steering Wheel
(1F). Turning clockwise will turn the machine Right,
counterclockwise will turn Left.

Wet sawing of old and new concrete and asphalt or
dry sawing with dry cutting diamond blades.

Diamond blades — Water cooled, Ø: 12”, 14”,
18”, 20”, 24”, 26” & 30” with Arbor Ø 1”

Before starting up the machine, make sure

The working area must be completely clear,
well lit and all safety hazards removed.

operating speed greater than the blade shaft
speed.
