FAULT

Blade turns wrong way.
Phases from power cable are inverted.
Change polarity using phase inverter.
Drive belt is slipping.
Belt is too slack.
Adjust belt tension.
Drive belt is worn.
Replace the drive belt.
Drive belt is oily.
Clean the drive belt.
Motor cuts out.
Cutting depth too large.
Reduce cutting depth.
Cutting speed too high.
Advance more slowly.
Diamond segments are worn.
Replace diamond blade.
Electrical fault.
Contact a qualified electrician.
No cooling water.
Nozzles are blocked.
Clean nozzles.
Water pressure low.
Blade gets jammed.
Blade is worn.
Replace blade.
Cut closing up.
Cut smaller sections, or
support from below using props or a jack.
Motor does not start.
Electrical fault.
Contact your electrician.
Emergency stop activated.
Determine cause. When fault is
fixed, pull up emergency stop.
