Issue Cause Solution
The product work but there is no
power at the power outlet for ac-
cessories.
Unit not connected correctly. Do a check of the connection.
Defective connection in the electrical cabinet. Turn off the product and contact
a electrician.
The motor runs but there is poor
suction.
The filter is clogged. Clean or replace the filter.
The cyclone is clogged. Use compressed air or a brush
to clean the cyclone parts.
Dust blown from the exhaust.
Wrongly assembled or damaged filter system. Adjust or replace the filter.
The filter is loose. Adjust or replace the filter.
The filter is damaged. Replace the filter.
The auto filter purge function
does not work.
The compessed air hose is damaged or loose. Replace or fasten the com-
pessed air hose.
The compessed air filter is clogged. Clean or replace the filter.
The air compressor do not stop. The compessed air filter is clogged. Clean or replace the filter.
Transportation, storage and disposal
Transportation of the product
• Make sure that the Longopac bag is empty before a
transportation.
• Make sure that the Longopac bag is attached to the
product during transportation.
• Use ramps or winches to lift the dust extractor to
make sure that movements are safe. Get aid if you
are not sure about how to lift heavy equipment.
• Attach the product safely during transportation in
order to prevent transport damage and accidents.
Use the tie down lugs on both sides of the product.
• Engage the locking caster safely on the wheels.
• If possible, do the transportation of the product
during good weather conditions.
• If possible, use a closed vehicle during
transportation of the product.
To set the product in transport position
Note:
The product can be lowered to make
transportation easier.
Note:
A gas spring hold the product in the top
position. The product can not fall down.
