varna requires regular maintenance by the
After Sales Departments of the authorised Husqvarna
dealer network .
Your motorcycle has been developed by our highly ex-
perienced team of engineers to deliver enjoyment and
performance in a safe manner . Nevertheless your co-
operation is needed .
We recommend that you read the Use and Maintenance
Manual contained in the USB supplied with your Husq-
varna carefully and that you have all maintenance car-
ried out by the trained staff of the authorised Husqvarna
Official Dealer Network only .
THE CONTENT OF THE WARRANTY
Your new bike is guaranteed free from original defects in
compliance to the EC Rule 99/44 .
The warranty consists in replacing or repairing free of
charge the vehicle or components that might show manu-
facturing defects over this period or defects, already ex-
isting before the vehicle was delivered .
We remind you that the warranty does not apply in case
the vehicle is driven in motorbike races, as it is an appli-
cation diverging and not compatible with the drive your
vehicle has been specially developed to .
Please remember that it is your Husqvarna Dealer that
grants you this warranty, as the law requires, whom we
invite you to ask at in case of any need .
If your Husqvarna Dealer could not fulfil your needs in a
reasonable time or should it be more convenient to you,
we invite you to ask at any other Husqvarna Dealer, who
will be pleased to put himself at your service .
THE ACTIVATION OF THE WARRANTY
Your vehicle is covered by warranty against original de-
fects from the time of delivery to you by your Husqvarna
Dealer .
When you will receive your Husqvarna, we invite you to
sign, together with your Dealer, the Delivery Certificate
of the vehicle, which you find in this quick manual and in
the Warranty Slip, in the USB provided with your bike .
WHAT TO DO IN CASE A REPAIR UNDER
WARRANTY IS ASKED FOR
In the unlikely event that your motorcycle requires an
unscheduled repair and/or replacement as a result of an
original defect during the warranty period, we suggest
that you contact the supplying Dealer at once, explain-
ing to him the problem that has arisen and letting him
inspect the motorcycle .
We remind you to bring this Handbook with you, so that
the Dealer may verify the delivery date of the vehicle .
Should the repair be required because of an original or
manufacturing defect becoming apparent, your Dealer
will see to the repair or replacement, as the case may be,
to be made free of charge and as soon as possible .
