3. Loosen the 4 nuts (A) and the 3 screws (B).

4. Remove the 2 screws and the 2 washers (C) and
remove the front cover (D).
5. Loosen the locknut.
6. Remove the V-belt.
7. Remove the pulleys and the clamp bushing from the
grinding motor and the bearing unit.
8. Install in the opposite sequence. Install the pulley
and the clamp bushing aligned with the motor axle.
Tighten the clamp bushing to a torque of 20 Nm +
10%.
To do a check of the oil level (BG
250Petrol)
CAUTION:
To operate the product with
a low oil level can cause damage to the
engine.
1. Stop the engine. Refer to
250Petrol on page 47
.
2. Put the product on level ground.
3. Remove the oil tank cap.
4. Clean the oil from the dipstick that is attached to the
oil tank cap.
5. Put the dipstick in the oil tank. Do not tighten it.
