7 Repairs
7.6.2 Assembling the motor package and fan spiral
Tip: Do not tighten the hose clip from the carburettor
intake pipe before all the screws on the motor holder
are tightened.
1. Place the motor package on the rear half of the
fan spiral.
2. Mount the five screws. Tighten with 4-6 Nm of
torque.
3. Mount the two screws of the starter hooks.
4. Mount the fan wheel in its groove.
Note: Use a bit since the key handle is shallow.
5. Mount the four screws. Tighten with 3-4 Nm of
torque.
6. Mount the five screws of the front fan spiral.
Tighten with
2-4 Nm of torque.
7. Put the fan package into the chassis.
8. Put the throttle cable in the carburettor housing.
9. Put in and seat the fuel hose and purge hose in
the carburettor housing. Push the ignition cable
firmly into its clip.
