You have purchased a professional equipment unit. Before you start operating it, you
should read and understand this Certificate and keep it during the whole service life.
Please keep in mind that observance of the instructions presented in this Certificate
extends the service life of the equipment and prevents injury of operating personnel.
We hope our recommendations will maximally facilitate operation of the equipment.
APPLICATION
This equipment is intended for catering services and used for baking pastries of various shapes.
PREOPERATIONAL PHASE
All the packings, booklets, plastic bags, etc. should be removed before first use.
Then, set the thermostat to the maximum value, turn on the equipment and wait for 5-10
minutes. This annealing procedure will remove any foreign odors that may be present because
the heating elements are coved with the compounds that protect the equipment from external
environmental influences during transportation and storage. Ventilate a room.
ATTENTION!
IT IS PROHIBITED
to use the equipment if:

the power cable is damaged;
-
the equipment has fallen or has external damages or doesn't work.
Never place the equipment near other heat sources!
Never leave any foreign objects on the top of the equipment!
Never block the ventilation openings!
The equipment is not intended for building-in!
If the equipment is not used or you are going to clean it – make sure that is disconnected from
the power supply!
IMPORTANT:
try not to overheat the work surface – it will help to significantly increase the
service life of the equipment.
SAFETY WHEN CONNECTING
before connecting make sure that:

the supply voltage corresponds to the required value;

the power socket is designed to connect the appropriate equipment;

the power cable does not interfere with hot parts of the equipment.
