Recommendations for single-phase motor operation
If the chopped meat does not come out easily or comes out in the form
of a thick mass, the reasons for this and the ways to eliminate them may
be as follows:
(a)
a) The front hold-down nut is tightened too tightly, so the blade
does not fit properly to the grid
—
remove and re-tighten the
hold-down nut;
(b)
The grid is locked
—
wash the grid;
(c)
The edges of the blades are blunt
—
sharpen or replace the
blades.
Before use, make sure that the power supply meets the motor specifications. The voltage
difference is ±5% of the rated voltage. If the voltage exceeds 230 V or is below 201 V, a
transformer or a stable power supply unit must be used with a power rating 10% higher than
that of the electric motor.
