To Remove a Window Covering from a Group:
■
Press and hold the manual control button located on the satellite eye.
■
While continuing to press the manual control button, press the desired group number button,
then press the close
(DOWN) button on the remote or wireless wall switch.
■
The window covering will move slightly to indicate it has been removed from that group.
Resetting the Window Covering
If your product is not opening or closing fully, the end limits may need to be reset. This operation
resets the open and close limits for tilt and traverse:
■
Disconnect power from the product by unplugging its DC power supply from the wall.
■
Press the manual button on the satellite eye or the
(UP) button on the remote or wireless
wall switch before plugging the DC power supply back into the outlet.
■
Plug the DC power supply back into the outlet.
■
Traverse the product fully closed (fabric panels cover the window), tilt the vanes completely
in both directions (privacy sheers only) and then fully open (fabric panels stacked back). The
traverse and tilt limits will now be reset.
