2.3.7.3 Power connection and operation

Connect power as below.

As soon as power is connected, the device starts booting.
<Note>
1) It takes around 1 minute to connect NVS04R and DVR after connecting power.
Four LEDs at the front starts blinking and they are fully on when connection is completed. The
HDD list is available to check at Disk Manager
