Your H3/H3T is equipped with an
Automatic Headlamp System, which
turns on the headlamps and other
exterior lamps at dusk or when 
necessary. The exterior lamps also can
be operated manually.

The exterior lamp control switch, 
used to manually operate the exterior
lamps, is located on the left side of 
the instrument panel. The switch can
be rotated to each of the following
four positions:

((O

Offff)):: When operating in the AUTO

position, a momentary turn of the
lamp control switch to the 

position

will turn off the Daytime Running
Lamps, automatic headlamps and all 
exterior lights.

Your vehicle has a two tiered storage
area in the center console. To open, 
lift the latch on the front and pull the
top bin up.

The Hill Start Assist function is
designed to prevent the vehicle from
rolling during vehicle drive off.
After the vehicle has stopped and the
driver is ready to start up the hill, 
activate the system by pushing the
brake pedal further to the floor with a
quick, firm apply. (The same action will
cancel Hill Start Assist if it has already
been activated.) An audible notification
will sound and an instrument panel 
message will indicate HSA ON when
the system is activated. The brakes will

disappears. The display may have a
guideline overlay that can help the 
driver align the vehicle when backing
into a parking spot.

To turn off the rear vision camera system,
press and hold the 

button on the

inside rearview mirror until the left 
indicator light turns off.
To turn on the rear vision camera
feature again, press and hold the 
button. The indicator light illuminates
and the rear vision camera system is
now enabled.
