If the image/text is out of focus or blurry:

Use the Zoom In-Out buttons to zoom in
and then out of the image so as to trigger
the camera’s focus. If needed, capture a
new image of your document.

Make sure you hold the camera still while
capturing an image.

Make sure your Tablet is powered off,
and wipe the LED lights and camera
surface on the back side with a cleaning
tissue.
If the audio reading does not make sense:

Make sure the voice setting is the same
as your document’s language. Change it
in the Settings if necessary.
If the Tablet is not responding:

Make sure the battery is not empty.
Recharge it if necessary.
Other problems:

Restore factory defaults in the Settings.

Contact your dealer or technical support.
