HOW TO DETERMINE
M/CONNECT VERSION
Previous Version (Not removable)
Top cover is one continuous piece
Top cover has "U"-shaped split line
New Version (Removable)
Replacing the M/Connect Hub (If Applicable)
In the event of damage/failure of the M/Connect Hub

Using the guide below, determine if your M/Connect Hub is removable.

Disconnect the bridge cable from the M/Connect Dock.

Disconnect the power and upstream cables from the M/Connect Hub.

Remove the two security screws from the rear side of the unit using a 2mm
hex key.

Slide the M/Connect Hub towards the front of the desk and lift to remove.

Install the replacement hub and fasten with the two security screws.

Reconnect all cables.
