sixteen 1 0LBS Weight Plate (#83)
one Top Plate(#28)
to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using
two ¢40*25 Mount Sleeve (#23)
four M8*8 Socket Set Screws(#53)
2.Attach the Selector Pin W/Coil (#19) to Top Plate (#28).
3.Attach the Cable (#14) to the Top Plate (#28 ).
Note:
Hand tighten bolts and nylon lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
