• Do not distance yourself from the board in the water. In the case of an emer-
gency, sit on the board and draw attention to yourself with the aid of an
emergency signal using your arms.
• Ensure that the weight (also luggage) is evenly distributed on the board and
stand on the center of the board. Danger of capsizing!
• Check the board before each use for any possible damage, in particular the
valve of the air chamber and the closure. Do not use it if it has any damage
or significantly loses air. Normally, the board should hold air for a few days.
• Do not use the board without the additional fins that stabilize the straight
forward travel. A large one is centered, two small fins right and left.
• Do not use the board with shoes with hard soles or heels, as these may
damage the material.
• Keep the board generally away from sharp and sharp objects, which can
damage the material and protect it from heat and fire.
• Never brake the board by holding on to a branch or the like, which you are
riding past. Danger of capsizing!
• If you get back on the board in the water, this should always be carried out
over the stern. There is danger of capsizing when climbing from the side!
• Never transport the inflated board attached to or on a vehicle. The board may
become loose and damaged, damage the vehicle, or cause injury to others.
• Do not stand on the inflated board, as long as it is on the shore. Objects
located underneath or an unsuitable surface may damage the fins and the
sheath.
• Always carry the board to and from the water. Do not pull the board over the
ground. Sharp objects can damage the board.
• Always carry a functional paddle with you. Without a paddle the board is not
safe and sufficient to control.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
ASSEMBLY
• First, unroll the board (1) completely so that there are no more wrinkles in the
outer wall.
• Open the valve cover by turning it towards OPEN.
• Press the pin and turn it to the left to bring it into the „inflating position“. This
can be discerned by the fact that the pin protrudes, but no air escapes.
• Screw the hose onto the pump (4) and connect the pump (4) to the valve. Turn
the valve adapter to the right until it is firmly seated on the valve. Make sure
that the sealing ring is not soiled and is firmly seated.
• Pump the board (1) slowly and evenly. If wrinkles are formed, smooth them.
CAUTION! Pump the board (1) up to a maximum of 15 psi = 1.03 bar. Never
use the compressed air devices at filling stations, but only the enclosed
pump (4).
• When the board (1) is inflated, turn the pump (4) off the valve by turning it to
the left and close the valve cover by turning it towards CLOSE, up to the stop.
• Turn the board (1) over and slide the fins (2) into the rails. Finally, slide the
securing pins into the fins (2) until they click into place.
• Insert the two parts of the paddle (3) into each other so that they click into
place with a click. You can adjust the length of the paddle (3) by pulling out
the snap closure on the middle part, pulling out the inner rod to the desired
length or pushing it in and closing the click closure again. The paddle (3)
should as a whole, be between 20 and 25 cm longer than your body.
FIRST USE
• Look for a small, calm water body with a shallow entrance. Place the board
(1) using the handle on the water and kneel on it first. Hold the paddle (3) in
front of you with both hands.
• It is advisable to first paddle kneeling to get a feel for the board (1).
• To get up, first place the paddle (3) transversely in front of you on the board
(1) and lean on it. Stand up in a stooped posture. Your legs should thereby be
open. Lift the paddle (3) and straighten your upper body when you have found
the balance. Make sure you are standing in the middle of the board (1).
• Guide the paddle (3) slowly and evenly along one side of the board (1).
Change the side after 2-3 blows. In doing so, you should thereby also change
the hands on the paddle (3) in order not to load the body on one side.
DISASSEMBLY
• First, allow the board (1) to completely dry and remove any soiling.
• Turn the board (1) upside down and pull the securing pins out of the fins (2).
Pay attention to the safety mechanism.
• Pull the fins (2) out of the rail and turn the board (1) over.
• Open the valve cover by turning it towards OPEN.
• Press the pin into the „deflation position“ that you recognize by the fact that
air escapes. The air escapes faster, if you keep the pin pressed.
• Roll up the board (1) from the front towards the valve and place the valve cap
back on.
REPAIR
• You will discover holes by spreading soapy water with a sponge on the
outside of the board (1) and checking where the air exits from the board (1).
• To correct damage, first let the air completely out of the board (1).
• Thoroughly clean the area to be repaired and then dry it.
• Use the enclosed repair kit (6).
• In the case of very small holes (needle diameter) it is sufficient to drip some
glue on the spot and allow the adhesive to dry well.
• In the case of larger holes, use a patch. You can cut it to size. The patch must
protrude by about 1.5 cm thick on all sides of the hole. Coat the edge of the
hole on the board (1) and the entire patch with glue and let it dry slightly.
Do not use too much glue as this can soften the material of the board (1).
Then press the patch firmly onto the board (1) and smooth it, preferably with
a cloth so that no creases form. Wait at least 24 hours until you inflate the
board (1) again.
