Other Operations for the Sent
Step
Operation
1 Enter

Sent
tab from the

2 Select
Options
to perform the following operations:
y
Forward: to forward a highlighted Email.
y
Delete: to delete selected Emails.
y
Move to: to move selected Emails to a specified folder.
y
My folders: to enter the “My folders” screen.
y
Sort: to sort the Emails in the Sent by date or by subject.
y
Unselect all: to cancel all the selections in the Sent.
y
Select all: to select all the Emails in the Sent.
y
Settings: to set parameters related to Emails. For more information, please
refer to “Email/Settings” on page 78.
My Folders
You can store your Emails into different folders.
You can access folders from any of the Inbox, Drafts, Outbox or Sent. The management of
the information in the folders is the same as that for the Sent. For more information, please
refer to the descriptions for it.
Now let’s take the operations in the Inbox as example for description.
