7 Installing Cables

Issue 03 (2014-02-23)

7.3 Installing DC Output Power Cables

Prerequisites

Switch off all circuit breakers before installing power cables.

Procedure

Step 1

Remove the front panel and top epoxy board from the PDU.

Step 2

Lay out the DC output cables along the cable ties on the cabinet side.

Step 3

Secure the negative DC output power cable to the corresponding DC output circuit breaker
based on the actual load power.

Step 4

Secure the positive DC output power cable to the corresponding screw on the RTN+ busbar.
