If the CLK/TOD/MON port on the RTN 905 needs to receive both external clock signals and outdoor cabinet
monitoring signals, the pin assignments for the signaling monitoring cable vary. For details, see the hardware
description. In this case, pin 8 of the RJ-45 connector connected to the network interface on the CMUA
(COMIN) board does not need to be connected.
