Push the EFI board with proper
force until it is fully seated in the
slot.
Installing an EFI board:
Tighten the screws on the front panel
of the EFI board.
Installing a PIU board:
Push the PIU board with proper
force until it is fully seated in the
slot.
Tighten the screws on the front
panel of the PIU board.
Remove the filler panel screws
and then withdraw the filler panel
from the slot.
Wear an ESD wrist strap or ESD gloves during operations.
CAUTION
The board is designed for easy installation. If you feel a
blockage when inserting a board into a slot, remove the
board and check whether it was inserted correctly or
whether it is of the correct type. Do not use force to insert
the board.
