Connect the E1 cables to the ports on the interface
board, and then fasten the captive screws of each
DB44 connector.

Routing E1 cables for the lower subrack
Route the E1 cables into the cabinet through the
cable holes on the top of the cabinet.
Route the E1 cables for the lower subrack
downwards along the side panel of the cabinet to
the cable distribution plate of the upper subrack,
and then route the E1 cables through the cable
distribution plate.
