Troubleshooting
Symptom
A high temperature alarm is generated for the inlet or
outlet water, or the communication with the inlet or
outlet water temperature sensors has been interrupted.
Find the
Cause
1. Locate the sensor at the same position on the
upstream smart cooling product along the main pipe,
and check whether the temperature display is within
a difference of 2ºC compared with the sensor for
which an alarm has been generated.
2. Swap the inlet and outlet water temperature
sensors, and verify whether the water temperature
is abnormal or a sensor is faulty.
Cause
A temperature sensor cable has loosened, a sensor
has loosened, or a sensor has become faulty.
Troubles
hooting
1. Secure the sensor and tighten cable connectors. If
the alarm disappears, the troubleshooting is
complete. If the alarm persists, the temperature
sensor has become faulty, and you can contact
Huawei Technical Support to obtain a new
temperature sensor.
2. Use the needle-nose pliers to clip out the spring
tongue fastening the water inlet or outlet
temperature sensor and remove the sensor probe.
Remove the waterproof connector from the sensor
cable. Secure the spring tongue and reconnect the
waterproof connector to the sensor cable. If the
alarm disappears, the troubleshooting is complete.
If the alarm persists, contact Huawei Technical
Support for help.
