9.4 Why are the outer surfaces of the SIM and microSD
card trays and the surfaces of the aluminum decorations
uneven?

The phone surface evenness at delivery is compliant with the quality control standards of the
industry. If the unevenness is obvious, take your phone to an authorized Huawei service
center and check whether there is a quality problem.

9.5 Why doesn't the SIM card slot have springs?

The SIM card slot adopts an ultra-thin design without any springs. To open the card tray,
insert the eject tool into the hole on the tray and push hard until the card tray comes out.

9.6 Why are the two gaps on the two sides of the SIM card
tray harsh?

Check whether the card tray has bulges or dents. It is acceptable if the card tray bulges don't
scrape user's hands and dents have a manufacturing tolerance of less than 0.1 mm. If the card
tray obviously scrapes your hand, take your phone to an authorized Huawei service center to
check whether your phone has a quality problem.

9.7 What can I do if the SIM or microSD card installation
direction is hard to identify?

The inside of the card tray has texts engraved to indicate the positions of the upper and lower
card trays. For card installation positions, refer to the instructions on the protective film on the
back of your phone.

9.8 Why does the SIM card tray shake?

The gap between the card tray and the cover complies with the industrial quality standards.
(The standard in the industry is 0.3 mm and the standard for your phone is 0.2 mm.) It is
normal that there is a certain gap between the card tray and your phone. If you are not assured,
take your phone to an authorized Huawei service center to check whether your phone has a
quality problem.

9.9 Why are there marks left on the cover after I connected
my phone to a USB cable for multiple times?

Your charger is designed with two little hooks to prevent the charger from slipping out from
the USB cable. All the micro-USB chargers (except those produced by Apple) are designed
