1.4 Installation Process



The FDT2108D supports the LC/APC, LC/UPC, SC/APC, and SC/UPC adapters. The capacity of
LC is twice the capacity of SC. The method of installing LC is the same as the methods of installing
SC.



This document uses SC/APC as an example to describe the adapter installation method.

1.

Put away materials that are not used during the installation for future use.

2.

Put away components that are removed during the installation and protect them against
contamination.

3.

Clean the required parts or components before the installation.
