3.9 How to Time Synchronize with the Network
Question
How can I enable my IP phone to time synchronize with the network?
Answer
Step 1
On the home screen, choose
Apps
> System > Date and Time
.
The
Date and Time
screen is displayed.
Step 2
Select
NTP
and press
Enable
.

Incoming or Outgoing Call
Question
Why cannot my IP phone display the information (including the department and name) of the
peer party when I place or receive a call?
Answer
Verify that on your IP phone, the contact information has been saved or the corporate
directory address has been configured.
If the contact information has been saved or the corporate directory address has been
configured on your IP phone, your IP phone searches your contact list or corporate directory
for the calling or called party's information when you receive or place a call. Then, your IP
phone displays the calling or called party's information that is searched out.
