An IP phone fails to obtain an IP address, and login to the IP phone fails.

(In static mode) The IP address

Enter the correct IP address, subnet mask, and gateway
address.
(In DHCP mode) The DHCP
server malfunctions.
Verify that the DHCP server is functioning properly.
