Connecting a DC Power Cable (RH5885H V3 Server)

Do not connect the power cables when the power-supply device is powered on. Instead, switch off the power-supply
device to avoid injuries.
a.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw
in the ground hole on the rear of the server, and
connect one end of the ground cable to the
removed screw. Install the screw in the ground
hole and tighten the screw.
b.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw
on the ground bar in the rack and connect the
other end of the ground cable to the removed
screw. You are advised to choose the screw
nearest to the server. Install the screw in the
ground bar and tighten the screw.
Connect the OT terminal of the negative electrode
to the terminal NEG(-) of the PSU, and connect
the OT terminal of the positive electrode to the
terminal RTN(+) of the PSU. Then tighten the
screws.
Install the protective cover for the PSU,
and tighten the screws to secure the
protective cover.
Connect the ground cable.
Bind the power cable to the cable trough
using cable ties.
