To open a document file
1.
Click
File
>
Open
and locate the
.doc
or
.rtf
file.
2.
Click
Open
.
After you open a file in ClearVue Document, it initially displays
using the default
Page Width
setting. This means that the page
is sized to fit within the available area of your phone’s screen.
Click
Zoom
to change the magnification as desired, then scroll
through and view the document using the NAVIGATION buttons
on your phone.
8.2 Using Adobe Reader LE
Adobe Reader LE allows you to open and view Portable
Document Format (PDF) files. These files usually have a
*.pdf
file
extension.
Adobe Reader LE supports password-protected PDF files with
up to 128-bit encryption. When you open a password-protected
PDF file, you will be prompted to enter the password before the
file can be opened.
To open a PDF file on your device
1. Click Start > Office > Adobe Reader LE .
2. Click Open .
3. Browse to a folder and click the PDF file you want to open.

To open another PDF file, click
Open > Menu > Browse For File
.
You can also open a PDF file from File Explorer by clicking it.
To navigate through a PDF file
You can do any of the following:
•
Press NAVIGATION up, down, right, and left to move up or
down a page or scroll through the pages.
•
Click
Menu > Go To
and select an option to go to a specific
page in the PDF file.
