Unlocking SIM allows you to use SIM
cards from other carriers.

Procedures for SIM unlock can be
carried out on the au home page or at
au shops.
•
When you use your phone with another
carrier's SIM card, a part of services or
functions of the product may be
restricted. Please note that we do not
guarantee the operation of the
product with non-HTC SIM card.
•
To unlock the SIM, perform the
following operations on the home
screen: tap [
] →[Settings] →
[About] → [Phone identity] → [SIM
card status] → [UNLOCK SIM].
