To add a new E-Key
Send an SMS message to the EKRXGSM in the following format:
password:A(nnnnnnnn,0000)

is the 5…8 character case sensitive alphanumeric master password
•
nnnnnnnn
is the 8 digit hexadecimal E-Key serial number
Eg: Sending the SMS “Password:A(00001EA5,0000)” will add an E-Key with a serial number of 00001EA5
(derived from the S/N:N00001EA5 printed on the E-Key label) using the default master password of
“Password”.
To delete an E-Key
Send an SMS message to the EKRXGSM in the following format:
password:D(nnnnnnnn)

is the 5…8 character case sensitive alphanumeric master password

nnnnnnnn
is the 8 digit hexadecimal E-Key serial number
Eg: Sending the SMS “Password:D(00001EA5)” will delete an E-Key in the E-Key receiver with a serial
number of 00001EA5 (derived from the S/N:N00001EA5 printed on the E-Key label) using the default master
password of “Password”.
To delete all E-Keys
Send an SMS message to the EKRXGSM in the following format:
password:D(ALL)

Eg: Sending the SMS “Password:D(ALL)” will delete all E-Keys in the E-Key receiver using
the default master password of “Password”.
To add a new phone number
Send an SMS message to the EKRXGSM in the following format:

is the 5…8 character case sensitive alphanumeric master password

is the 8 digit mobile number or 8 digit landline number (min. 8 digits / max. 15 digits if area
code, country code required to be included)

is a 5…8 character case sensitive alphanumeric password used when triggering
the gate by SMS

z
is the user group (1…8)
•
v
is a valid or void flag where 1 indicates valid and 0 indicates void
•
e
is whether a successful incoming call or SMS is echoed back to the originator with a 5
second confirmation call where 1 activates echo and 0 disables it
•
s
is whether or not the EKRXGSM sends alarm SMS messages to this user if it’s alarm input has
been triggered where 1 activates the feature and 0 disables it
Eg: Sending the SMS “Password:

(0892481646,secret,1,1,1,1)” will add the landline phone number (08)
92481646 with a user password of “secret”. The number and SMS password are valid for use, grouped into
group 1 and the EKRXGSM will call the phone back for 5 seconds after receiving a successful activation from
the caller. The EKRXGSM will also send alarm and restore SMS messages if it’s alarm input circuit has been
