For batteries with charging connectors on the side panel:

Adjust the spring contactors pointing horizontally by pressing both
sides of the “angle stop releasing knob” (4).
Make contact with the battery charging connectors until the blue
LED (13) indicator turns on; then affix the battery with the rear plate
fixing bar (8) or cover (10) (please refer to Fig. 2.1).

For batteries with charging connectors on the flat panel:

Adjust the spring contactors pointing up (vertically) by pressing both
sides of the “angle stop releasing knob” (4).
Make contact with the battery charging connectors until the blue
LED (13) indicator turns on; then affix the battery with the cover
(10). (Pls. refer to Fig. 2.2)

2.3 Connect the AC adapter/ DC car adapter with the charger to the
AC power outlet / car cigarette lighter socket, then affix the battery
position and the charging will start. The green LED indicator (12)
will light up.
2.4 The charger will automatically detect the battery polarities and voltage
and starts charging once the connections are correct and secured.
2.5 When the charger is externally AC-powered, it can charge one (1)
lithium-ion battery (or 2 AA / AAA Ni-MH batteries) in the tray and
four (4) hand-held devices via USB port simultaneously.
2.6 When charging devices via USB port, the blue LED (16) will light
up. When the charging is completed, the blue LED (16) will turn off
or flash.

2. Lithium-Ion Battery Charging Mode
DO NOT connect the charger to the AC power source before (Lithium)
battery polarities are detected and the blue LED (13) is lit.
2.1 Remove the Lithium battery from its device and place it in the tray
(18) of the charger.
2.2 Check the polarity by adjusting the spring contactors with battery
charging connectors until the blue LED (13) indicator turns on.
