In OneView, view the SAS Logical Interconnect page for alerts. Re-apply the configuration if
necessary.
After re-applying the configuration, the Logical JBOD and server profiles might appear to fail. These
conditions should clear after powering on the servers.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Removing and replacing the P542D controller
1.
Power down the compute module.
2.
Remove the compute module.
3.
Place the compute module on a flat, level work surface.
4.
Remove the access panel.
5.
If SAS cables are connected, remove all SAS cables.
6.
Loosen the thumbscrews and remove the mezzanine card.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
