Rotate the drive handle down into its fully open position. Carefully push the hard disk drive into its
slot until comes to a hard stop. as shown in the following figure.
When the drive is installed, rotate the handle up until it snaps into place, fully securing the drive

NOTE:
The hard disk drive carrier handle is used as a lever to properly seat the connectors and
to securely retain the hard disk drive. If the handle is closed prematurely, the proper connection is
not made and the hard disk drive is not retained properly.

Ensure that the data cable for the bay selected is securely connected to the appropriate system
board hard drive data connector.
Reinstall all removed components and reconnect all cables that have been disconnected.
