Starting Your PC

Press the power button on the display.
Switch on the display
Then switch on the PC

Press the power button on the PC.
The PC performs a power-on self-test. If an error is detected, a message is displayed.
Follow the instructions provided to correct the error.
NOTE
If the space bar on your keyboard has a power-on
icon, you can start the PC by pressing the space bar.
(This feature can be enabled or disabled with the
Setup program — see chapter 4 for more information
about the Setup program.)
Note that you cannot stop your PC by pressing the
space bar.

If a Password has been set in the PC’s Setup program, the power-on prompt appears
when you switch on the PC. If the power-on prompt is displayed, type your Password and
press [ENTER] to use the PC.
