Power Indicators

The following battery levels may be displayed on the status 

screen, in 

Live View

Playback

, and when the camera is 

connected to a computer or printer.

•

When using the disposable Duracell® CP1 battery, you 

may get more shots after the battery level reaches low 

than you get with the rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.

•

The battery gauge is most accurate after a few minutes of 

use. When the camera is turned off, the battery recovers 

and the initial gauge reading when the camera is turned 

on again may not be as accurate as that obtained after a 

few minutes of use.
