Media cage
To remove the component:
CAUTION:
To prevent improper cooling and thermal damage, do not operate the server unless all bays
are populated with either a component or a blank.

Power down the server (on page

3.
Remove the access panel.
4.
Remove the fan assembly ("

5.
Disconnect cables from any devices installed in the media cage, if necessary ("

7.
Remove the media cage.
