If the power-on password

is not known, clearing

CMOS will disable the

power-on password. To

clear CMOS, complete the

following steps:

Complete the

preparation for
disassembly

Remove the chassis

To disable the

password, move the

jumper

at JP1 from 1-2 to 2-

Wait for 10 seconds.

Move the jumper at

JP1 from 2-3 to 1-2.

Replace the chassis

and perform the

appropriate

troubleshooting.
