Notice that the new late window curve fit ignores the break-away in the
window margin data and more closely approximates the rest of the
acquired data in the window margin curve. The resulting margin is much
closer to the early window margin.
While the errors in this demonstration are admittedly contrived, you can
see that the HP E1741A offers flexibility to control how the margin data is
extrapolated.
7 Restore the window to its original size by clicking on the return to
previous size (
) symbol near the upper right corner of the window.
8 Close all of the open windows by selecting Window>Close All.
This completes Demo 2.
