To set dual port A switches
The 2 ×
N switch has two Port A channels and multiple Port B channels.

To select the Port A channel, press:
SWITCH PORT
The Port A channels are shown in inverse video and the prompt,
Port A
active
, appears at the bottom of the display.

To select a Port B channel, again press:
SWITCH PORT
The Port B channels are shown in inverse video and the prompt,
Port B
active
, appears at the bottom of the display.

Use the arrow keys to change the channel.
You can also use the numeric keys to enter the desired channel. For example:

The new connection is displayed on the front-panel display.
Adjusting Display Contrast
To adjust the contrast of the display, press the
key. Use the arrow keys to
select the desired contrast, then press
ENTER
