Pour l’assemblage, veuillez procéder comme suit :
1.
Assembler l’aile XLW sur le fuselage à l’aide de la vis 6*30mm, sur le trou à l’avant de l’aile sans la serrer
2.
Assembler l’aile LW sur la cale biplan à l’aide de la vis 6*16mm sur le trou à l’arrière de l’aile sans la serrer
3.
Insérer les 2 vis 6*90mm sur les trous à l’avant de l’aile LW et les visser dans le fuselage en passant par les
trous arrière de l’aile XLW déjà montée sur le fuselage, sans les serrer
4.
Serrer la vis avant 6*30mm de l’aile XLW en passant par le trou de la cale biplan au couple de 6Nm
5.
Serrer les vis avant 6*90mm de l’aile LW au couple de 8Nm
6.
Serrer la vis arrière de l’aile LW au couple de 2Nm
7.
Vérifier le montage global. L’aile XLW doit être au contact du fuselage, et l’aile LW doit être en positon
inférieur, décalée vers l’arrière de 35mm.
8.
Vérifier le réglage du stabilisateur, le reculer de 1mm par rapport à une utilisation monoplan.
To assemble, please proceed as follows:
1.
Assemble the XLW wing on the fuselage using the 6 * 30mm screw on the hole in the front of the wing
without tightening it
2.
Assemble the LW wing on the biplane block using the 6 * 16mm screw on the hole at the rear of the wing
without tightening it
3.
Insert the 2 screws 6 * 90mm on the holes in the front of the LW wing and screw them into the fuselage
through the rear holes of the XLW wing already mounted on the fuselage, without tightening them
4.
Tighten the front screw 6 * 30mm of the XLW through the hole of the biplane block to the torque of 6Nm
5.
Tighten the front screws 6 * 90mm of the LW wing to a torque of 8Nm
6.
Tighten the rear screw of the LW wing to a torque of 2Nm
7.
Check the overall assembly. The XLW wing must be in contact with the fuselage, and the wing LW must be in
lower position, shifted backwards by 35mm.
8.
Check stabilizer adjustment, back 1mm from monoplane operation.
