Wings
WARNING
Dropping or lowering machine parts can cause
severe crushing injuries etc.!

No persons may stay under raised machine
parts!
¾
Order persons to leave the danger zone
around the machine. Make sure before fold-
ing that no persons are present in the danger
zone.
¾
Comply with the accident prevention instruc-
tions.
CAUTION
Damages to the machine and the supporting
surface
¾
Fold the machine only on a level and firm
surface.
Unfolding
Inside wing (90°)
1. Lift the machine.
2. Remove the clips placed on the hydraulic
cylinders on the packer middle section and
the drawbar.
3. Remove the bolts for the safety catch (a) and
secure these in the holder (b) with clip pins.

Operate the control unit
Wings 90°
until the
wings are fully unfolded. At approx. 45° both
packer and support wheels are automatically
extended. If the machine has not been lifted,
the machine will lift up automatically before
unfolding.
5. After the folding process, switch the control
unit to floating position!

Outer wings (180°)

Unfold the outer wings by 180°.
The undercarriage swivels from the wheels
to the middle packer segment. The machine
will unfold.

Move slowly forward (2)
just before the
packers on the inside (1) touch the ground!
The packers could otherwise dig into the
ground and become damaged.
8. Unfold the wings completely. Keep on operat-
ing the control unit for another few seconds.
9. Switch the control unit to floating position.
