1. Connecting the machine, see
Connecting.
2. Fold the machine in completely, see
Folding.
3. Lift the machine completely.
4. Place 36 mm clips (yellow, red and blue) each
on the hydraulic cylinders of packer middle
section (transport height 4 m):
5. Align the machine horizontally.

6. Fill up the hydraulic cylinder of the drawbar
with clips (b). Lower the machine and check
the horizontal alignment.
WARNING
Danger of traffic accidents
Before driving off:

Check whether all securing elements of the
connection are in place and set correctly.
¾
Check the correct attachment of the bolts for
the safety catch, see Folding .
¾
Check all interlocks.
¾
Check components of the connection for wear.
¾
Lock the control units mechanically or electri-
cally, depending on the version, during trans-
port travel. Never switch them to the floating
position.
¾
In regard to the ball and socket coupling follow
the notes in the Maintenance overview chapter.
¾
Check whether the transport height lies below
the max. permissible transport height.

Make sure before driving on public roads that
the machine meets all respective applicable
road traffic regulations.
