Terrano 10 and 12 FG
Folding:
Lift the Terrano completely.
Operate the “Wing” control and fold both wings
completely in.
Keep operating the control unit and fold in
both middle sections.
Switch the valve block over to transport posi-
tion and insert the pins for the folding lock.
Operate the “Lift” control and fully retract the
undercarriage cylinders on the folding wings
(transport width).
Fill the hydraulic cylinder piston rods on the
undercarriage with aluminium clips and lower
the machine onto these clips.
Unfolding:
Lift the Terrano completely.
Remove the aluminium clips fitted for trans-
port saftey from the lift cylinders.
Remove the pins out of the folding lock and
insert them in storage position.
Switch the valve block over to working posi-
tion.
Operate the “Lift” control to fully extend all
wheels and to level the hydraulic cylinders.
Operate the “Wing” control and slowly unfold
both wings. Fully extend the wing cylinders
and unfold both outer wings.

Depth setting
The working depth of the Terrano FG is adjusted
by the hydraulic cylinders on the centre section
and by the guide rods on the support wheels.
For this purpose aluminium clips of identical
thickness (colour combination and quantity) are
added or removed at all adjustment points.
The basic setting needs to be checked during
initial commissioning, uneven working depth
or after repairs on components of the depth
control.
Basic setting
Unfold the Terrano FG on level ground.
Lift the cultivator completely and keep the
control unit under pressure for a moment to
enable levelling of the cylinders.
Lower the cultivator until the coulters are just
a few centimetres above the ground.
Fill the piston rods on the lifting cylinders (1)
and the adjustment spindles on the support
wheels (6) with identical aluminium clips (col-
our combination and quantity).
