Description
The manual flow meter is used to measure neutral liquid media, primarily oils.
The direct combination of nozzle and meter represents a compact, inexpensive and
practical solution for the controlled delivery of liquid media.
The manual flow meters are suitable for mounting on filling hoses and hose drums.
The metering mechanism of the manual flow meter is a hermetically sealed oval
wheel meter. The oval wheel revolutions are transferred via a magnetic coupling to
the microprocessor-controlled electronic display.
Voltage is supplied by a long-life lithium battery. A battery symbol appears on the
display when the battery is spent. The battery lifetime is at least 10 years or 1,000,000
litres.
A fine-meshed sieve integrated into the handle protects the metering mechanism
against contamination.
The standard scope of supply includes the rubber protection ring for the meter and
the full-hose nozzle in addition to the meter with handle.

Display
LC display with five-digit volume indicator with 16 mm high digits and display of the
litre measurement unit (optional US-Gal, UK-Gal) and low battery capacity display.
The minimum digital step of the measured value is 0.01 litre and that of the non-
resettable totaliser 1 litre.
