If an Error Code Is Displayed on SmartStacker

Stack table full error 
 
While the machine is running, the height of the 
stack table became 5 mm / 0.20” or lower.

Decrease the stack amount.

Separation air blower motor M411 failure 
 
The error signal from the M411 separation air 
blower motor is received by the control board. 

If this error occurs frequently, call your local 
dealer.

Vacuum air blower motor M421 failure 
 
The error  signal from the M421 vacuum motor 1 
is received by the control board.

Vacuum air blower motor M422 failure 
 
The error  signal from the M422 vacuum motor 2 
is received by the control board.

The error  signal from the M423 vacuum motor 3 
is received by the control board.

The error  signal from the M424 vacuum motor

Output shifting timeout error 
 
Even though the M461 output shift conveyor 

sliding motor moved for a specified time, the 

B463 output shift conveyor front home position 
sensor or the B464 output shift conveyor rear 
home position sensor was not turned on.

Check if there is something to interrupt the 
operation of the output shift conveyor.

K403 Emergency Stop contactor function error

Though the interlock circuit is closed (=all the 
Emergency Stop buttons are not pressed), the 
contact points for terminals 21 and 22 on K403 
are open.

Check the following in order: 

- The Emergency stop button is not pressed.

- All the covers are properly closed.

If this error occurs frequently, call your local 
dealer.

Deposition of K501 Interlock Contactor 1 
 
Even though the contact points of S501/S502/
S503/S504/S505 are open, the contact points of 
K501 are closed.

Check the following in order:
