Problem
The knife has not returned to the starting
position.
Press and hold both cutting buttons. The knife will
automatically return to the starting position.
If the cutter does not return to the starting position,
the LED is still turned on and the buzzer does
not stop after you press both cutting buttons, please
call your local dealer.
Solution
Problem
There is a problem inside the machine.
1)
Turn off the key switch.
2)
Wait for one minute.
3)
Turn on the keyswitch.
If the LED is still lighted and the buzzer does not
stop after you turn on the key switch, please call your
local dealer.
Attempt to reset using this procedure:
