Errors during calibration and recording the measured value
The measured value fluctuates by more than 1% by vol. O
2
Î
Possible cause:
x
The sensor temperature must be the same as the ambient temperature
x
Avoid exposing the sensor to heat from hands
x
Observe the sensor's setting time specifications (see sensor label)
x
The sensor opening must be clean and dry
x
Mixing with ambient gasses during calibration
x
Internal electrical fault inside the unit

Call your dealer!
The unit does not show the expected measured value
Î
Possible cause:
x
The gas mixture calculations are wrong
x
The manometer is faulty
x
The unit has not been calibrated
x
The sensor temperature differs from the ambient temperature
x
Mixtures of ambient gasses
The oxygen sensor runs down while operating even when the unit is switched
off. If the unit no longer displays the 20.9% O

calibration or if the measured value does not make sense after checking all
other potential causes, replace the sensor.
