Rear Final Gear Oil

Refer to

Safety Precautions

on page 115.

1. Park your Honda SXS on a firm, level surface. Shift the shift select

lever into the park (P) position.

2. Remove the oil check bolt and sealing washer.
3. Make sure the oil level is at the lower edge of the oil check

inspection hole.

4. Install the oil check bolt with a new sealing washer and tighten to

the specified torque:

9 lbf·ft (12 N·m, 1.2 kgf·m)
