MVCI Screen Icon Descriptions

Icon
The LCD screen is divided into two parts, the title bar and the body.
The title bar has three portions: the icon on the left side displays the
wireless signal strength, the center displays the title of the present
screen, and the icon on the right side displays the internal battery. The
wireless icon is only displayed when Honda Diagnostic System (HDS)
is connected to the MVCI via a wireless connection.

Battery Charging Animation
MVCI is charging the batteries.
Charged Battery Icon
Charge cycle is completed.
NOTE: The MVCI battery charger employs timer- and temperature-
controlled charging algorithm. It is normal to display battery charging
animation when the MVCI is powered by external power source even if
the batteries are fully charged.
No Internal Battery Symbol
If the MVCI does not have internal batteries installed, the bat-
tery icon has an ‘X’ on it. Refer to the Frequently Asked Ques-
tions section of this User Guide for more detail.
